Upon exposure to nitrogen gas chilled to -140º C, your body recognizes the abrupt drop in temperature and skin and muscle blood vessels constrict, shunting blood to your viscera. There, your body filters out toxins and inflammatory proteins, sending them to the lymph and kidneys for elimination.
After a 3 minute session in the cryochamber, your body begins to warm, and filtered blood returns to the surface, bringing with it oxygen, enzymes and micronutrients.
