Time and time again, critics of Android have brought up the topic of malware and the magnitude of the threat it poses to Google’s mobile operating system. Despite repeated assurances that the platform is safe and claims that the malware threat is greatly exaggerated, the tech giant’s efforts to improve the general perception about Android has largely been in vain.
