SPF (Sender Policy Framework) records help prevent email spoofing by preventing email servers from accepting any message that claims to come from a particular domain.
This is done by checking the DNS records for that domain and confirming that the IP address of the sending server matches those records.
The email is automatically flagged as spam if the IP address doesn’t match or it is rejected entirely in order to minimize the risk of fraudulent emails being delivered to recipients.
