While clans on Game of Thrones wage war to win the Iron Throne, another skirmish for supremacy is taking place on the enterprise landscape. Except in this battle, executives are pitted against a powerful enemy that makes White Walkers seem cute and cuddly by comparison: communication overload.

The battle to improve workplace productivity is ongoing, and it’s one that many organizations are losing. 81% of respondents surveyed admit the steps they have taken to improve communication have not improved productivity.

As a result, „Communication overload” – a malady characterized by too many meaningless meetings and an excessive number of irrelevant notifications – threatens all the Houses.
