Many of us experience jitters with the thought of going into an interview for a new job or position. But you have to know the importance of these conversations. It is not conducted to trick, scare, or intimidate you but to determine whether you are as great as you are in the resume.
To overcome the nervousness, practice answering common interview questions with your friend or family member. But make sure you don’t memorize the answer. While you should prepare for the right things to say, there are also some things you shouldn’t.
