Let’s face it: many of us are not operating at our peak performance.
Much of this can be attributed to not only not getting enough sleep, but also the quality of sleep that we do get.
Many of us are stressed and not sleeping, and continue to reinforce this negative pattern, day after day. The pandemic has taken its toll on us all, mentally and physically, so we would all do well with a healthy reset of better sleep routines and patterns. It’s time to break the chain of poor sleep – investing in better sleep is key.
